80%-90% of what we bring in for our retail shelves will be featured in our ever-changing seasonal menus. Naturally, the menu is vegetable focused, implementing a variety of different grains and greens, with the option to add proteins sourced from the local neighborhood vendors. We recently introduced an Acai Bowl and Smoothie program featuring local vendors in Black Squirrel Granola, and Jerry’s Nut House, and a killer nut butter company in Wild Friends. The Menu is broken down into Salads, Bowls, Smoothies, and Soups. All of which are offered all day throughout the day.
